COD Men’s Tennis has a hard time corralling the Knights, 8-1

COD (5-8; 4-4) made the trek south take on the San Diego City Knights, with the Roadrunners falling 8-1.

Freshman Jakob Dvorken (Ridgewood, NJ) was the only Desert player able to break through the Knights tough lineup, winning his match in straight sets, 6-3, 6-3. Unfortunately, all the other Roadrunners fell in their matches in straight sets.

The next match for the Roadrunners will be at Grossmont in El Cajon on March 28th, a Griffins team that Desert knocked off 6-3 in Palm Desert on February 23rd. 

San Diego City College defeated COD 8-1 in a men's conference dual match today, played at San Diego City College.
