COD Men’s Tennis team closed out its 2025 season under the sun-soaked skies of Ojai, competing in the prestigious 3C2A State Championships.
With grit, determination, and some extra-set heroics, College of the Desert’s Travis Pimentel and Chandra Ishikawa earned their way into the 3C2A State Championships in Ojai, qualifying in both singles and doubles during a fierce weekend at the Inland Empire Athletic Conference (IEAC) Championships.
COD (1-8; 1-5) finally shook off the dust and collected their first win of the 2025 season, defeating the El Camino Warriors of Torrance (1-8; 1-5) in Inland Empire Athletic Conference play, 4-3.
