Women Get a Split at OC Quad
Costa Mesa, CA - The women's Volleyball team opened the season splitting a pair of matches at the OC Quad. The Roadrunners' swept Glendale College in the first match of the day.

Costa Mesa, CA - The women's Volleyball team opened the season splitting a pair of matches at the OC Quad. The Roadrunners' swept Glendale College in the first match of the day. They recorded an impressive 25-14, 25-19, 25-16 win. In the second match of the day College of the Desert fell to Rio Hondo 25-11, 25-16, 25-22. Sophmores Alyssa Cazares, Angelica Sayo and libero Kaylie Edgar each had strong performances. Cazares finished the day with 23 kills, 3 aces and 18 digs. Sayo recorded 45 assists for the day and Edgar added 3 aces and 41 digs. The women are back in action on Friday at the Victor Valley Quad where they will face Cerro Coso and Cerritos.
