Women's Cross Country Wins Santiago Canyon Invitational

Irvine - Women's Cross Country finished 1st in the Santiago Canyon Invitational held in Irvine. The team was led by Viridiana Ciriaco who ran the course in 24:36, which was good for 6th place.

Irvine - Women's Cross Country finished 1st in the Santiago Canyon Invitational held in Irvine. The team was led by Viridiana Ciriaco who ran the course in 24:36, which was good for 6th place. Lena Saucedo came in with a time of 25:03 and a 9th place result. Ana Nieto was right behid her in 10th place and a time of 26:05. Desert will race next at the Mt. Sac Invitational in two weeks.
