COD Women's Tennis sent three pairs and Claudia Stepein to compete at the CCCAA Singles and Doubles State Championships held at the Ojai Valley Tennis Club, beginning Friday April, 26th.
COD will be strongly represented at the CCCAA State Finals in Ojai, bringing along with them the PCAC conference MVP and all three doubles teams.
COD (9-3; 8-2) wrapped up the 2019 regular season with a hard fought contest against the top team in the Conference, the Grossmont Griffins of La Mesa (15-2; 12-0), falling 5-4.
COD (9-2; 8-1) continues to roll, as they claimed their seventh straight win, knocking off the Southwestern Jaguars of Chula Vista (5-6; 5-5) twice in the span of 48 hours, with both scores being 8-1.
COD (6-2; 5-1) took a close win against the San Diego City Knights (5-8; 5-3) gaining sole possession of 2nd place of the Pacific Coast Athletic Conference.
COD (4-2; 3-1) took a non-conference victory, as they hosted the Rio Hondo Roadrunners (2-4; 0-2), 7-2.
COD (3-2; 3-1) tied for second in Pacific Coast Athletic Conference (PCAC), after catching the Comets (1-4; 0-2), 9-0.
COD (2-2; 2-1) played a hard fought Conference match as the Roadrunners traveled to La Mesa to take on the undefeated Grossmont Griffins (5-0; 3-0), falling, 6-3.
COD (2-0; 2-0) travelled to San Diego City (1-5; 1-1), overpowering the Knights, 5-4
COD (1-0; 1-0) opened up the Pacific Coast Athletic Conference (PCAC) season against the Imperial Valley Arabs (0-5; 0-2), 7-2.
